Delivery, cancellation & return/refund policy

Please note that I try to be as green as possible and usually reuse boxes where possible.

Royal Mail may be experiencing delays at this time which is out of my control.

Shipping Policy

Ready made orders will be posted within 1-3 working days.

Made to order items will take between 7-10 working days to make and dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on your local service. The average times for delivery, from posting, are as follows;

UK 1-7 working days

All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail by either First Class, First Class ‘Signed For’ or Special Delivery, depending on the weight and value of the package.

Refund Policy

In the unfortunate event that you require a refund for any items please let me know.

Refunds will be made to the same credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item.

Any agreed refunds will be paid on safe receipt of any returned items.

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations under the following terms:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any damage and loss in value.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.
